Balenciaga Retail and Product Training Intern

- Assist the Training Team with compiling Training App usage data weekly.
- Update Client Experience Evaluations by location.
- Conduct competitive studies by department categories.
- Participate in miscellaneous seasonal projects.
- Prepare training guidelines for new store openings.
- Compile product images and information for Training Ambassador Briefs.
- Review new product training related to collections and campaigns.
- Organize and prepare seasonal training recaps.
- Update all mandatory training attendance lists monthly.
- Provide administrative support duties.
- Ability to receive academic credit is mandatory.
- Availability to work in the NYC office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and task-driven.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with compiling data metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
No prior professional experience required, but must be able to receive academic credit.
Must be eligible to receive academic credit.
$16.50 per hour plus academic credit.
