1. Assist the Training Team with compiling Training App usage data weekly.
2. Update Client Experience Evaluations by location.
3. Conduct competitive studies by department categories.
4. Participate in miscellaneous seasonal projects.
5. Prepare training guidelines for new store openings.
6. Compile product images and information for Training Ambassador Briefs.
7. Review new product training related to collections and campaigns.
8. Organize and prepare seasonal training recaps.
9. Update all mandatory training attendance lists monthly.
10. Provide administrative support duties.

1. Ability to receive academic credit is mandatory.
2. Availability to work in the NYC office.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Detail-oriented and task-driven.
3. Strong time management and organizational skills.
4. Comfortable with compiling data metrics.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

No prior professional experience required, but must be able to receive academic credit.

Must be eligible to receive academic credit.

$16.50 per hour plus academic credit.
