1. Identify and assess overall and individual retail training needs through career development plans and store performance.
2. Define and implement the regional training strategy.
3. Adapt centrally developed training materials to the regional context.
4. Deploy training content and ensure proper rollout, understanding, and assimilation by teams on topics such as onboarding, new hires, store openings, client experience, management, performance, and operations.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training programs.
6. Lead and manage a team of regional trainers and in-store training ambassadors.

1. Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages appreciated.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Extensive experience in retail training within the luxury sector, with a proven track record of managing training programs and teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
