1. Draft and publish job postings for interns and apprentices.
2. Source and select candidates through various job boards.
3. Conduct preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
4. Coordinate with managers on candidate briefs and follow-ups.
5. Monitor dashboards and recruitment indicators.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).

1. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
2. Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in English for an international environment.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in recruitment is essential.

Master's degree in Human Resources (in progress).
