1. Draft and publish job offers for interns and apprentices
2. Source and select candidates on various job boards
3. Conduct preliminary phone screenings, schedule, and participate in interviews
4. Brief and follow up with managers on candidate progress
5. Monitor dashboards and indicators
6. Participate in various HR projects

1. Student in Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources

1. Excellent organizational skills
2. Passionate about recruitment and finding suitable profiles
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
4. Ability to communicate in English in an international environment
