1. Draft and publish job postings for interns and apprentices.
2. Source and select candidates using various job boards.
3. Conduct preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
4. Coordinate with managers on candidate briefings and follow-ups.
5. Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in English for international communication.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in recruitment and HR is essential.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
