- Draft and post job listings for interns and apprentices.
- Source and select candidates through various job boards.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with managers on candidate briefings and follow-ups.
- Monitor recruitment dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) in Human Resources.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English for international communication.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in recruitment and HR is essential.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
