Balenciaga Public Relations Assistant

1. Manage timely and accurate communication regarding sample requests, high-resolution image requests, and credit requests.
2. Ensure efficient packing, dispatch, return, and credit processing of samples.
3. Train and supervise interns to support daily logistical needs of the PR office.
4. Oversee the receipt and organization of sample orders and maintain showroom organization.
5. Conduct weekly press reviews and manage monthly magazine collections.
6. Submit expenses and invoices promptly.
7. Maintain office supplies, particularly sample trafficking materials.
8. Organize appointments for friends and family sales and pre-collection press days.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the fashion industry, preferably in marketing or public relations.

1. Proficiency in fashion media and luxury industry knowledge.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

A minimum of 2 years in the fashion industry, with a focus on marketing or public relations.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related disciplines.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20.00 USD to $22.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
