1. Coordinate the initiation of production for new items.
2. Contribute to continuous improvement processes through constant collaboration with other production departments.
3. Oversee the activities of the Process Inspectors team, organizing individual and group meetings to effectively manage the sharing and resolution of production issues.

1. Experience in coordinating technical teams.
2. Background in a structured manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge of Project Management tools.
4. Understanding of production processes.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Familiarity with CAD modeling.
7. Preferable knowledge of the leather goods industry.
8. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
