Balenciaga Production Process Inspector Coordinator

- Coordinate the initiation of production for new items.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes through constant collaboration with other production departments.
- Oversee the activities of the Process Inspectors team, organizing individual and group meetings to effectively manage the sharing and resolution of production issues.
- Experience in coordinating technical teams.
- Background in a structured manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools.
- Understanding of production processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CAD modeling.
- Preferable knowledge of the leather goods industry.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel.
Proven experience in a technical team coordination role within a structured manufacturing setting.
