Balenciaga Product Training Manager

- Design and develop comprehensive Product, Signature, and Heritage training programs across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's DNA and artistic direction.
- Oversee the global implementation of training modules, adapting them to local markets while maintaining a cohesive framework.
- Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Retail, and Excellence teams to identify and address new training needs.
- Define training strategies for seasonal product launches, including post-fashion show releases.
- Manage the deployment calendar for training programs in coordination with global and regional teams.
- Translate technical product details into engaging educational content in collaboration with Product Development teams.
- Lead and develop the Product Training team, ensuring effective team management and engagement.
- Work with regional training managers to ensure alignment and gather field feedback.
- Act as a product ambassador within the Global Retail department.
- Establish KPIs to evaluate the impact of training on retail performance.
- 5-10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment or retail operations.
- Experience in a global retail environment or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities across cross-functional and local teams.
- Proficiency in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle, retail dynamics, and client experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and digital tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5-10 years in training design, development, and deployment or retail operations, preferably in a global retail environment.
