- Coordinate e-commerce product launches in alignment with marketing strategies and market needs, collaborating with Buying and Digital Content teams.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information on product sheets and visual merchandising, working with the E-VM Coordinator.
- Implement and manage e-merchandising strategies, optimizing site ergonomics and customer journey.
- Collaborate with regional e-commerce teams to enhance site search functionality and improve result rankings.
- Update site content based on marketing priorities and communication highlights, preparing mock-up pages for validation.
- Analyze product, page, and clickstream performance to enhance product availability and conversion metrics.
- Prepare and execute seasonal product launches effectively and timely.
- Maintain a consistent bi-weekly product update schedule.
- Contribute to product launches, supporting various aspects of the launch process.
- Optimize searchandising to improve product visibility and search results.
- Update PLP banners and media blocks to ensure engaging content.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong background in data and e-commerce, with experience in tools like Content Square.
- Expertise in ECOM platforms such as Salesforce, Magento, or Shopify, and experience with PIM/DAM.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills, with a rigorous and conscientious approach.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to challenge and innovate within teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising and product performance analysis, with a focus on optimizing digital platforms and enhancing customer experience.
