1. Update databases including overview, collection plan, development tracking, and boards.
2. Monitor stock releases using PLM tools and coordinate shipments with factories.
3. Manage and dispatch supplies.
4. Oversee print and embroidery tests with suppliers.
5. Receive and track yarn color ranges.
6. Support the team with daily tasks including handling, sending, and receiving parcels.
7. Manage and process invoices for the development team using internal software.

1. Strong affinity for fashion and luxury products.
2. Autonomous, meticulous, and analytical mindset.
3. Motivated with a strong team spirit.
4. Adaptable and able to communicate across departments (studio, workshop, merchandising).
5. Proficiency in English is essential.
6. Experience with PLM tools is advantageous.
