1. Assist in the development, launch, and production tracking of prototypes from sketches to final delivery, collaborating with associated departments such as the studio, fabric purchasing, and external workshops.
2. Prepare stock launches and manage shipments.
3. Monitor delivery schedules based on priorities to meet collection deadlines.
4. Update and manage all development elements on PLM, including model coding and bill of materials.
5. Provide daily support to the Development team in partnership with a Product Manager.

1. Previous experience in fashion collection development, project management, and schedule tracking.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with PLM systems.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
