Product Development Assistant

Balenciaga, founded by Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917, is a renowned luxury fashion house known for its innovative and uncompromising designs. 1. Assist a Product Manager in developing Chain and Trame models, ensuring alignment with the studio's vision and quality, price, and timeline objectives.
2. Participate in the development, launch, and follow-up of prototype manufacturing from sketches to final delivery, collaborating with various departments.
3. Prepare stock launches and manage shipments.
4. Monitor delivery schedules based on priorities to meet collection deadlines.
5. Update all development elements on PLM, including model coding and nomenclature updates.
6. Provide daily support to the Development team in partnership with a Product Manager.

1. Previous experience in fashion collection development, project management, and schedule tracking.
2. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

1. Autonomous, rigorous, flexible, and highly responsive.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with PLM.

Requires a first similar experience in the fashion industry.
