1. Assist in the development, launch, and production tracking of prototypes from sketches to final delivery, collaborating with studio, fabric procurement, and external workshops.
2. Prepare stock launches and manage shipments.
3. Monitor delivery schedules to align with collection deadlines.
4. Update and manage all development elements in PLM, including model coding and bill of materials.
5. Provide daily support to the Development team in partnership with a Product Manager.

1. Previous experience in fashion collection development, project management, and schedule coordination.

1. Autonomous and detail-oriented with flexibility and high responsiveness.
2. Proficient in English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
3. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally experienced with PLM software.

A minimum of one year in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.
