Product Development Assistant

Balenciaga, founded by Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917, is a prestigious fashion house known for its uncompromising and innovative designs. 1. Assist a Product Manager in developing models, ensuring alignment with the studio's vision and quality, price, and timeline objectives.
2. Participate in the development, launch, and monitoring of prototype production from sketches to final delivery, collaborating with associated departments.
3. Prepare stock launches and manage shipments.
4. Monitor delivery schedules according to priorities to meet collection deadlines.
5. Track launches and update all development elements on PLM, including model coding and updating nomenclatures.
6. Provide daily support to the Development team in tandem with a Product Manager.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, focusing on collection development, project management, and schedule tracking.

1. Autonomous, rigorous, flexible, and highly reactive.
2. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with PLM.

A first experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.
