1. Assist in the development, launch, and monitoring of prototype production from sketches to final delivery, collaborating with associated departments such as studio, fabric purchasing, and external workshops.
2. Prepare stock launches and manage shipments.
3. Monitor delivery schedules according to collection priorities to meet deadlines.
4. Update all development elements on PLM, including model coding and bill of materials creation and updates.
5. Provide daily support to the Development team in tandem with a Product Manager.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, particularly in collection development, project management, and schedule tracking.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with PLM systems is preferred.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field is preferred.
