- Collaborate closely with headquarters and regional merchandising teams to develop and integrate boutique pricing for seasonal and permanent collections into systems.
- Develop wholesale and transfer pricing for product categories and implement consistency checks.
- Ensure online pricing aligns with boutique pricing and recommend adjustments for harmonization.
- Analyze product category margins, propose growth strategies, and recommend price adjustments considering market dynamics, competition, and currency fluctuations.
- Serve as the pricing tool expert, contributing to its development, including creating new price lists and margin analysis dashboards.
- Respond to daily inquiries from various departments and regions.
- Participate in competitive analysis for product categories.
- Coordinate with commercial, financial, e-commerce, merchandising, and supply teams as well as regional offices.
- Contribute to the improvement of pricing department processes.
- Degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in Finance.
- First experience in pricing, merchandising, or business analysis, preferably in Retail.
- Methodical, rigorous, and organized approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously with initiative.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and file creation/improvement.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of ANAPLAN is a plus.
A minimum of one year of experience in pricing, merchandising, or business analysis, ideally within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
