Balenciaga Press Coordinator

- Manage press relations, including handling sample requests, visuals, and information inquiries.
- Conduct media monitoring and daily press reviews.
- Maintain and enhance the press database, including journalists and stylists.
- Coordinate press events and gifting initiatives, such as collection launches, presentations, fashion shows, and press days.
- Oversee logistics for events, including loans, returns, transportation, and showroom management.
- Ensure message and image consistency across all press events and projects.
- Organize the press showroom, including setup, merchandising, and sample management.
- Track loans and returns of pieces to stylists and maintain inventory records.
- Prepare monthly and seasonal reports, including press reviews and impact analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, communication, or fashion (Bac+5).
- Previous experience or internship in a press, media, communication department, or showroom.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines with excellent interpersonal skills and stress management.
- Dynamic, curious, and proactive with a genuine interest in the press sector.
- Proficient in both English and French.
A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field, such as press, media, communication, or showroom management.
Bachelor's degree in commerce, communication, or fashion (Bac+5).
