Balenciaga PR & Communication Manager

- Cultivate and enhance relationships with media outlets to maximize brand exposure across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Develop and execute advertorials in alignment with regional directives.
- Coordinate the local communication calendar for PR activities, including brand, product, event, and corporate initiatives.
- Prepare press materials, manage media pitches, and oversee proofreading processes.
- Maintain press showroom conditions and manage sample inventory.
- Compile and distribute weekly press and activity reports.
- Facilitate daily communication with headquarters and other departments on PR matters.
- Organize and execute PR events such as seasonal press days and branding events.
- Research and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in public relations and media communication within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Extensive media network and knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong interest and passion for the Balenciaga brand.
- Excellent teamwork and responsibility.
- Resourcefulness and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Japanese (native) and English (business level).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in public relations and media communication within the luxury or fashion industry, including PR agency or fashion editor roles.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, obtained either in Japan or abroad.
