1. Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers and ensure proper processing.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags and sales materials.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible, and manage back stock effectively.
6. Conduct monthly cycle counts and partner with management to maintain correct inventory levels.
7. Assist in the implementation of visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
8. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
9. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
4. Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
5. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
6. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector.
