1. Contribute significantly to store sales by delivering Balenciaga's signature service to all clients.
2. Support the management team in daily operations and store activities.
3. Represent the Balenciaga brand and uphold its image and values.
4. Guide clients through the buying journey, from product discovery to purchase and post-sale services.
5. Assist in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
