1. Manage the complete customer order process, from receipt to entry into the system, ensuring seamless logistics and shipment.
2. Utilize internal systems to handle orders received during sales campaigns.
3. Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and timeliness to ensure impeccable service.
4. Collect, process, and track orders and restocks throughout the process.
5. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
6. Participate in data collection for business trend analysis and support other departments as needed.

1. Proven experience in order management, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SAP; familiarity with AS400 is advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities.
