Balenciaga Operational Merchandising Assistant Intern

- Assist in the organization and execution of collection photoshoots, including model logistics.
- Process and manage images for merchandising purposes.
- Participate in the setup and organization of the showroom, ensuring the collection is available and information is communicated effectively.
- Verify digital showroom content and provide collection information to sales teams, including sketches and photographs.
- Manage collection prototypes, coordinating loans with various divisions such as press and e-commerce.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of collections at the beginning and end of showroom events.
- Package collections for distribution.
- Track and update linesheets.
- Provide daily support to the merchandising team.
- University degree or business/fashion school background with a strong product sensitivity and interest in fashion.
- Organized, curious, and meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Bilingual in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in a fashion or luxury environment is preferred but not required.
University degree or equivalent in business or fashion.
