- Manage and maintain office and store equipment, ensuring regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Oversee office administration and general expenses, including parking, meals, office supplies, and other management tasks.
- Support company events and provide assistance in various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for meetings, conferences, and domestic and international trips.
- Compile and organize weekly and monthly departmental reports, prepare meeting presentations, and draft meeting minutes.
- Update and manage market visit schedules for the Korean GM and global visitors.
- Facilitate meetings attended by the GM, ensuring smooth operation and management.
- Handle travel agency and accommodation arrangements for visitors, coordinating with hotels and local travel departments.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and support project execution as needed.
- Provide executive support when necessary.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
