Balenciaga Merchandiser

- Assist the Merchandising Manager with the Ready-to-Wear and Shoes categories.
- Prepare performance reports for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes using relevant criteria.
- Support activities to achieve sales targets and maximize sell-through rates.
- Execute price changes in collaboration with related teams using JDA, ensuring timely implementation.
- Review and analyze allocation plans, proposing adjustments based on trends, store performance, and feedback from store teams.
- Communicate with the headquarters merchandising team on relevant matters.
- Liaise with stores regarding issues related to the assigned categories.
- Adjust prices and release stock to appropriate locations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to the categories.
- Bachelor's degree in fashion, textiles, or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a merchandiser in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and trend identification.
- Proficiency in JDA or similar merchandising software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stores.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A minimum of two years' experience in a merchandising role within the luxury retail industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in fashion, textiles, or a related field is preferred.
