1. Assist the Merchandising Manager with the Ready-to-Wear and Shoes categories.
2. Prepare performance reports for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes using relevant criteria.
3. Support activities to achieve sales targets and maximize sell-through rates.
4. Execute price changes in collaboration with related teams using JDA, ensuring timely implementation.
5. Review and analyze allocation plans, proposing adjustments based on trends, store performance, and feedback from store teams.
6. Communicate with the headquarters merchandising team on relevant matters.
7. Liaise with stores regarding issues related to the assigned categories.
8. Adjust prices and release stock to appropriate locations.
9. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to the categories.

1. Bachelor's degree in fashion, textiles, or related disciplines preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a merchandiser in the luxury retail sector.

1. Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and trend identification.
2. Proficiency in JDA or similar merchandising software.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stores.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

A minimum of two years' experience in a merchandising role within the luxury retail industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in fashion, textiles, or a related field is preferred.
