1. Gather and verify technical specifications for each media plan, including press, billboard, and digital formats.
2. Oversee the production of all advertising formats, coordinating with the image department and specialized agencies.
3. Prepare redirection links and organize digital media files such as briefs, plans, reports, analyses, and media kits.
4. Compile campaign archive reports, including screenshot documentation.
5. Follow up on invoicing with the accounting department.
6. Monitor trends and innovations in digital advertising.
7. Participate in meetings with various media stakeholders.
8. Manage campaign optimization and ensure smooth communication with internal teams.
9. Assist with general administrative tasks.

1. Enrollment in a master's degree program, seeking a 6-month internship.
2. Self-motivated with a professional attitude, diligent and reliable.
3. Open-minded, solution-focused, and highly organized.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Previous experience in the media or digital sector is advantageous.
6. Familiarity with the luxury industry's ethos and codes.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A first experience in the media or digital sector is ideal.

Currently enrolled in a master's degree program.

Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
