1. Manage the receipt of packages, ensuring efficient unpacking, sorting, and organization for creative project use.
2. Prepare and organize international shipments, including packing and managing proformas, and track shipments with partner carriers.
3. Update Excel files for tracking materials used in creative projects and assist in preparing documents for meetings.
4. Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, and specific items needed for ongoing creative projects.
5. Assist in department coordination by setting up meeting rooms, organizing catering, and managing reservations.

1. Current student with strong autonomy, organizational skills, and proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
2. Demonstrated interest in the fashion and luxury industry with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
3. Motivated and energetic individual with excellent teamwork skills and responsiveness to various requests.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

No prior professional experience is required, but a keen interest in logistics and fashion is essential.

Current enrollment in a relevant academic program.
