- Manage the reception of parcels, including unpacking, sorting, and organizing for creative projects.
- Prepare and organize international shipments with partner carriers, including packing and managing proformas.
- Update Excel files for tracking materials used in creative projects and assist in document preparation for meetings.
- Coordinate the purchase of materials and supplies specific to creative needs and ongoing projects.
- Assist in department coordination, including meeting room setup, catering organization, and reservation follow-ups.
- Currently enrolled in an academic program.
- Strong sense of organization and autonomy.
- Excellent command of office tools, particularly Excel.
- Interest in fashion and luxury industries.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and responsiveness.
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in the fashion and luxury industries is preferred.
