- Execute production tasks following standardized processes to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Prepare materials through tasks such as thinning, splitting, and color application.
- Assemble products with complex stitching and color application, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Identify and report quality issues in products or processes, collaborating on tailored solutions.
- Propose improvement actions to enhance quality and reduce production time.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leather goods production, with preference for Lean Manufacturing environments.
- Technical diploma or professional qualification, ideally in Textile, Apparel, and Fashion with a specialization in leather goods.
- Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work towards objectives and within team-established timelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Flexibility.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the production of leather goods, preferably within a Lean Manufacturing context.
Technical diploma or professional qualification in Textile, Apparel, and Fashion, specializing in leather goods.
