- Lead the management of special projects, including exclusive product launches, from OTB setup to project implementation.
- Oversee production and distribution processes, ensuring timely feedback collection from regional teams.
- Participate in central worldwide merchandising activities such as seasonal buying, inventory management, and sales analysis.
- Develop and execute auto-replenishment strategies and address regional needs.
- Analyze product performance in stores using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize stock levels.
- Contribute to the definition of product assortments and recommend strategies based on store typology and global strategy.
- Engage in retail buying processes and manage worldwide bulk orders.
- Coordinate with departments such as Collection Merchandising, Demand Planning, Commercial, and Visual Merchandising to ensure alignment on product launch strategies and communication plans.
- Extensive experience in Sales Merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven expertise in market and consumer trend analysis.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in French and English.
Significant experience in sales merchandising, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
