- Draft responses to internal client inquiries on various legal issues related to social law.
- Assist in preparing for CSE meetings, including agenda creation, presentation preparation, and minute-taking.
- Support in managing disciplinary procedures and mutual termination agreements, including drafting legal documents and preparing calculations.
- Contribute to the monitoring of individual and collective disputes by drafting and organizing response elements.
- Conduct regular legal monitoring on legislative, regulatory, and case law developments in social law.
- Collect and analyze HR practices in coordination with HR stakeholders and create dedicated legal or operational materials.
- Provide operational support on GDPR-related issues in coordination with Privacy Officers.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law or DJCE, CAPA.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with a meticulous and organized approach.
- Recognized for diplomacy, adaptability, and pragmatism.
- Proficient in English, capable of engaging with international stakeholders.
- A professional who views law as a dynamic field and enjoys applying legal knowledge to business contexts.

No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in social law is essential.
