Balenciaga Legal Intern - Intellectual Property

- Conduct prior art searches for trademarks, designs, and models, as well as legal precedents.
- Formulate legal recommendations on creative projects.
- Monitor anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expert assessments, coordination with teams and service providers, customs and criminal procedures, complaint drafting, and reporting.
- Assist in managing a trademark portfolio, including registration requests, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
- Gather evidence for contentious cases.
- Draft legal consultations and notes.
- Perform various documentary studies.
- Assist with daily legal service matters, particularly contracts such as service agreements, general conditions, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
- Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
No prior professional experience required, suitable for recent graduates or current students in relevant fields.
