1. Conduct prior art searches for trademarks, designs, and models, as well as legal precedents.
2. Formulate legal recommendations on creative projects.
3. Monitor anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expert assessments, coordination with teams and service providers, customs and criminal procedures, complaint drafting, and reporting.
4. Assist in managing a trademark portfolio, including registration requests, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
5. Gather evidence for contentious cases.
6. Draft legal consultations and notes.
7. Perform various documentary studies.
8. Assist with daily legal service matters, particularly contracts such as service agreements, general conditions, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.

1. Strong writing skills.
2. Proficiency in English.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for recent graduates or current students in relevant fields.
