1. Conduct trademark and design prior art searches and analyze case law.
2. Provide legal recommendations on creative projects.
3. Assist in anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expertise coordination, customs and criminal procedure follow-up, complaint drafting, and reporting.
4. Learn brand portfolio management, including registration applications, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
5. Assist in evidence collection for contentious cases.
6. Draft legal consultations and notes.
7. Conduct various documentary studies.
8. Support the team with daily contract matters, including service contracts, general conditions, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.

2. Proficiency in English.

No specific prior experience required, but a background in intellectual property law is preferred.
