Balenciaga Legal Intern - Intellectual Property

- Assist the legal team with intellectual property matters, including trademark and design searches and legal research.
- Provide legal recommendations on creative projects.
- Support anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expert analysis, coordination with teams and service providers, and management of customs and criminal procedures.
- Learn to manage a trademark portfolio, including registration applications, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
- Assist in gathering evidence for contentious cases.
- Draft legal consultations and notes.
- Conduct various documentary studies.
- Support the team with daily legal matters, particularly in contract law, including service agreements, general terms, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
- Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
No specific experience required, but a background in intellectual property law is essential.
