2. Provide legal recommendations on creative projects.
3. Support anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expert analysis, coordination with teams and service providers, and management of customs and criminal procedures.
4. Learn to manage a trademark portfolio, including registration applications, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
5. Assist in gathering evidence for contentious cases.
6. Draft legal consultations and notes.
7. Conduct various documentary studies.
8. Support the team with daily legal matters, particularly in contract law, including service agreements, general terms, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.

1. Strong writing skills.
2. Proficiency in English.

No specific experience required, but a background in intellectual property law is essential.
