5. Assist in gathering evidence for contentious cases.
6. Draft legal consultations and memoranda.
7. Conduct various documentary studies.
8. Support the team with daily contractual matters, including service agreements, general terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.

No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in intellectual property law is essential.
