- Support anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expertise coordination and legal procedures.
- Manage trademark portfolios, including registrations, oppositions, and invalidation actions.
- Assist in gathering evidence for contentious cases.
- Draft legal consultations and notes.
- Conduct various documentary studies.
- Assist with daily legal service matters, including contracts and agreements.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
