Balenciaga Legal Intern - Intellectual Property

- Conduct trademark and design prior art searches and analyze case law.
- Formulate legal recommendations for creative projects.
- Assist in anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expert evaluations, coordination with teams and service providers, and monitoring customs and criminal procedures.
- Manage trademark portfolios, including registration applications, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
- Assist in gathering evidence for contentious cases.
- Draft legal consultations and memoranda.
- Conduct various documentary studies.
- Support the team with daily contractual matters, including service agreements, general terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
- Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Proficiency in English.
No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in intellectual property law is essential.
