1. Lead and develop the Prototyping and Modeling teams, ensuring the highest technical quality of prototypes and adherence to seasonal timelines.
2. Oversee all production process activities, setting deadlines and workloads for cutting, preparation, assembly, and sewing phases.
3. Support the team in accurately interpreting patterns and propose technical modifications to enhance prototype quality or suggest alternative construction methods when necessary.
4. Ensure constant and effective communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
5. Support and supervise the Modeling team in interpreting designers' sketches, considering various construction types and materials.
6. Guide the team in selecting appropriate technical modifications and alternative proposals to improve final product quality.
7. Ensure productive interaction with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
8. Collaborate closely with Prototyping and Modeling Coordinators, acting as a reference point for coordinating daily activities, timelines, and priorities.
9. Establish workload distribution, defining methods and priority order with the Coordinators, ensuring continuity of activities in line with development milestones.
10. Support Coordinators in their managerial roles, promoting responsibility, autonomy, and effective people management.

1. Solid experience in the technical leather goods sector, preferably within a structured luxury fashion company.
2. Proven experience in team management within a highly dynamic environment.
3. Excellent knowledge of prototyping and modeling processes, characteristics, and peculiarities.
4. Good knowledge of CAD Mozart and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Preferable knowledge of English.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly growing and dynamic company.
7. Problem-solving skills and strong proactivity.
8. Result-oriented attitude and solid time management skills.
9. Willingness to travel.
