1. Technical-specialist training in leather goods is preferred.
2. Extensive experience in a similar role.
3. Understanding of sample/prototype production dynamics in the luxury sector.

1. Proficient knowledge of raw materials and leathers.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
3. English language proficiency is advantageous.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet defined deadlines.
6. Proactive problem-solving attitude.
7. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
8. Strong communication skills.

Extensive experience in leather goods prototyping within the luxury sector is required.
