- Craft leather goods, small leather accessories, and belts based on pattern designs.
- Interpret and modify patterns as necessary.
- Assemble various components according to technical specifications to produce finished products.
- Propose technical modifications and alternative solutions to enhance product quality and facilitate industrialization.
- Collaborate daily with technical teams involved in prototype and sample creation, including modeling, product development, intermediate processing, and industrialization.
- Technical-specialist training in leather goods is preferred.
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of sample/prototype production dynamics in the luxury sector.
- Proficient knowledge of raw materials and leathers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- English language proficiency is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet defined deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Extensive experience in leather goods prototyping within the luxury sector is required.
Technical-specialist training in leather goods is preferred.
