1. Sew individual parts and complete products using various sewing machines including flatbed, arm, column, and automatic machines.
2. Support the assembly area with bench work.
3. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain high-quality standards in luxury leather goods production.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a machine operator in the leather goods sector, with a preference for experience in Lean Manufacturing environments.
2. Technical diploma or professional qualification, preferably in Textile, Clothing, and Fashion with a specialization in leather goods.

3. Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the leather goods industry as a machine operator.
