Balenciaga Leather Goods Industrialization Technician

- Ensure the accuracy of CAD models in terms of geometry, drafts, placements, materials, and standardization notes.
- Verify that CAD models contain all necessary information for quality and repeatability in mass production.
- Provide information and support to the Intermediate Processing and Quality teams.
- Offer industrial guidelines to suppliers to anticipate and prevent potential production issues, ensuring product uniformity.
- Authorize production by validating engineering tests according to company classification criteria.
- Proven technical experience in the leather goods sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and autonomous work management skills.
- Ability to structure work precisely and rigorously.
- Resilience under stress and goal orientation, even with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactivity and ability to intervene when necessary.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a highly dynamic environment.
Significant technical experience in leather goods is required.
