1. Initiate leather cutting processes at both internal cutting centers and external suppliers by defining and sharing parameter sheets.
2. Monitor actual leather consumption against standard usage and validate requests for replenishment after verification.
3. Resolve production issues related to leather cutting.
4. Manage continuous improvement processes for cutting and leather materials, providing constant feedback to quality, engineering, research, and cost controlling departments.

1. Excellent knowledge of automatic cutting machine programming and nesting techniques.
2. In-depth understanding of leathers and fabrics.
3. Proficiency in reading patterns.
4. Preferable knowledge of leather consumption analysis.
