1. Update and maintain collection tracking tools and documents, including databases, storytelling, and meeting reports.
2. Monitor prototype launches and ensure timely follow-up.
3. Organize and facilitate resources for successful project execution.
4. Oversee operational aspects of collections, including sample and prototype management.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of work tools and processes.
6. Support the dispatch of collections.
7. Collaborate with e-commerce and retail training teams.
8. Assist the Studio GL Materials team in researching and developing collection materials.
9. Update tracking tools, documents, and archives for Studio Materials.
10. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding materials and colors for leather goods, ensuring seamless communication between the leather goods studio and development teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a university or business/fashion school with a strong interest in fashion and luxury industries.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in fashion and luxury industries is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
