- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Design Director, including scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, preparing meeting agendas, handling expenses, and processing invoices.
- Manage daily operations of the design studio, ensuring resources, materials, and tools are available for the design team.
- Monitor design studio calendars, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations involving designers, developers, and other participants.
- Maintain an organized studio space, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Manage budgets related to the studio, including supplies, travel, and external services.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including expense reports, invoice processing, and travel arrangements for the design teams.
- Ensure the studio complies with company HR, safety, quality, and security standards.
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating complex schedules and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
- Highly organized with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to navigate within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
