1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Design Director, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting preparation, and expense handling.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the design studio, ensuring all necessary resources and tools are available for the design team.
3. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
4. Coordinate meetings and presentations, facilitating effective communication among designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
5. Maintain an organized studio space, ensuring materials and equipment are in optimal condition.
6. Manage studio-related budgets, including supplies, travel, and external services.
7. Handle general administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoice processing, and travel arrangements.
8. Ensure compliance with company HR, safety, quality, and security standards.

1. Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating complex schedules and deadlines.
2. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive and collaborative approach.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
