Balenciaga Leather Goods & Shoes Studio Coordination Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Design Director, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting preparation, and handling expenses.
- Manage daily operations of the design studio, ensuring resources, materials, and tools are available for the design team.
- Monitor studio calendars and project timelines to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations, facilitating communication among designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized studio space, ensuring materials and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Manage studio budgets, including supplies, travel, and external services.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoice processing, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company HR, safety, quality, and security standards.
- Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating complex schedules and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in project management and administrative support within a creative or design-focused environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
