1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Design Director, including scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, preparing meeting agendas, handling expenses, and processing invoices.
2. Manage daily operations of the design studio, ensuring resources, materials, and tools are available for the design team.
3. Monitor design studio calendars, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule.
4. Coordinate meetings and presentations to facilitate communication among designers, developers, and other participants.
5. Maintain an organized studio space, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are in optimal condition.
6. Manage budgets related to the studio, including supplies, travel, and external services.
7. Handle general administrative tasks, including expense reports, invoice processing, and travel arrangements for the design teams.
8. Ensure the studio complies with company HR, safety, quality, and security standards.
