Balenciaga Lean Specialist

- Manage Time and Methods activities through workplace observation, time measurement, waste analysis, corrective action identification, and continuous improvement implementation.
- Oversee the rebalancing of production lines or departments by analyzing assembly times to maximize efficiency.
- Standardize and train according to best practices through one-point lessons, visual communication, SOP writing and training, and design workshops.
- Create standard instructions and implement a visual management system.
- Identify and coordinate workshops aimed at improving production department processes.
- Preferred degree in engineering fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and similar software.
- Good command of the English language.
- Specific training in Lean methodologies/approaches.
- Knowledge of Project Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and planning abilities.
- Adaptability to change management.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Preferred degree in engineering fields.
