1. Lead the development of knitwear products from conception to industrial validation.
2. Manage and mentor a team of two product managers and two assistants, ensuring skill development and coordination.
3. Collaborate with designers and suppliers to ensure design feasibility.
4. Source yarns in alignment with creative and technical requirements, and manage pre-purchase timelines.
5. Oversee yarn purchase orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost constraints.
6. Coordinate prototype launches and track fitting feedback.
7. Maintain supplier relationships and optimize sourcing strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with timelines, cost constraints, and quality standards.
9. Update technical files and PLM codification.
10. Facilitate information transfer to standardization and production teams.
11. Oversee budget and pricing, issuing necessary alerts.

1. 10 years of experience in knitwear product development within luxury or high-end ready-to-wear sectors.
2. Proven track record in team management and project management.

1. In-depth knowledge of materials, knitting techniques, and yarn sourcing.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with precision and responsiveness.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration aptitude.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PLM software.
5. Fluency in French and English.

10 years of experience in knitwear product development within luxury or high-end ready-to-wear sectors, with a strong background in team management and project management.
