- Oversee and manage prototypes during studio meetings.
- Synthesize and track collection meetings through updates on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Coordinate between the studio and development teams.
- Codify licenses in tracking systems such as PLM and Stealth.
- Liaise with the legal department regarding style names and official designations.
- Contribute to sustainable material and supplier research to enhance reference ranges.
- Facilitate collaboration between style, development, and production teams in Italy.
- Provide regular feedback to key stakeholders and organize cross-departmental meetings to ensure collection synergy.
- Monitor studio orders for looks, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Support logistics and look list preparation for shows and runway events.
- Compile standardization notes and oversee production masters and wear tests.
- Ensure product compliance for campaign visuals and e-commerce packshots.
- Degree from a university or business school with a strong product sensitivity and fashion culture.
- Curious, analytical, meticulous, and organized individual.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently with flexibility.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
Relevant experience in fashion collection coordination or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
