1. Oversee and manage prototypes during studio meetings.
2. Synthesize and track collection meetings through updates on PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Coordinate between the studio and development teams.
4. Codify licenses in tracking systems such as PLM and Stealth.
5. Liaise with the legal department regarding style names and official designations.
6. Contribute to sustainable material and supplier research to enhance reference ranges.
7. Facilitate collaboration between style, development, and production teams in Italy.
8. Provide regular feedback to key stakeholders and organize cross-departmental meetings to ensure collection synergy.
9. Monitor studio orders for looks, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
10. Support logistics and look list preparation for shows and runway events.
11. Compile standardization notes and oversee production masters and wear tests.
12. Ensure product compliance for campaign visuals and e-commerce packshots.

1. Degree from a university or business school with a strong product sensitivity and fashion culture.
2. Curious, analytical, meticulous, and organized individual.
3. Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently with flexibility.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
5. Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
6. Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign is advantageous.
