Balenciaga IT Project Coordinator

- Collaborate with headquarters, regional teams, and external partners on strategic IT retail projects.
- Analyze business processes with users and assist in defining new IT requirements.
- Actively participate in retail and point-of-sale projects, including openings, relocations, and IT tool deployments.
- Implement new modules and features, particularly on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Manage projects from needs analysis to production, including planning, coordination, and testing.
- Coordinate with various partners and collaborators involved in projects.
- Organize user training during application updates.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet initial requirements.
- Provide responsive and high-quality user support.
- Maintain optimal working conditions in stores, ensuring quality and comfort for both teams and clients.
- Document each project, including process descriptions.
- Final year student in engineering, business school, university, or equivalent program.
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
No specific prior experience required, but interest in fashion, retail, and new technologies is essential.
Currently pursuing a higher education degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
