Balenciaga IT Project Assistant Intern

- Assist the IT Project Manager in maintaining and continuously improving processes and systems related to product development and production.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for gathering requirements and conducting preliminary analysis for continuous improvement activities across various departments including product development, pattern making, industrialization, purchasing, warehousing, merchandising, and Haute Couture.
- Participate in monitoring and managing requests for system enhancements.
- Support the deployment of new tools and conduct user training during new implementations.
- Contribute to the development of new reports.
- Previous experience in IT project management within an industrial or retail context.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages and IT infrastructures.
- Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) in fashion or other ERP systems.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Autonomous, flexible, and proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Technical computing skills and a pronounced technical creativity.
Previous experience in IT project management within an industrial or retail context is required.
Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
