Balenciaga Inventory Control Analyst

- Oversee daily sales control and certify weekly sales reports.
- Compile monthly margin reconciliation files and analyze results.
- Organize and oversee fiscal inventories in boutiques.
- Report on fiscal and rolling inventory results, coordinating with boutique management.
- Manage stock movements using digital tools.
- Ensure consistency between stock movements and invoicing.
- Regularly audit stock levels, identify discrepancies, and assist boutiques with stock administration.
- Monitor price adjustments and discounts.
- Ensure implementation of various in-store procedures related to merchandise movement.
- Proven experience in inventory control, finance, or supply chain roles.
- Knowledge of logistical and financial flows, with experience in monthly closures being advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with software such as AS 400 and SAP.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for inventory purposes.
Several years of successful experience in inventory control or related fields, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
