Balenciaga Inventory Control Analyst

1. Control daily sales and certify weekly sales
2. Prepare monthly margin reconciliation files and analyze results
3. Organize and control fiscal inventories in stores
4. Report on fiscal and rolling inventory results and stock movements
5. Manage stock movements using computer tools
6. Ensure consistency between stock movements and billing
7. Regularly check stock levels, identify and analyze discrepancies, and assist stores with stock administration
8. Control price adjustments and discounts
9. Monitor the implementation of various store procedures

1. Experience in inventory control, finance, or supply chain
2. Knowledge of logistics and financial flows
3. Ability to perform monthly closures is a plus

1. Proficiency in Excel
2. Familiarity with AS 400 and SAP
3. Fluent in English
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Autonomy and proactivity
6. Good interpersonal skills and adaptability

Several years of successful experience in inventory control, finance, or supply chain.
