1. Develop and create content for internal audiences.
2. Assist in drafting internal messages and HR communications.
3. Update internal communication materials and HR tools.
4. Manage and animate the editorial calendar.
5. Support French/English translation of communications.
6. Measure the impact of internal communication actions, including KPIs and archiving.
7. Monitor best practices and achievements of market companies.
8. Contribute to employer branding and external communication efforts.
9. Manage the intranet, including content contribution, audience engagement, and moderation.
10. Participate in employee engagement projects and internal events.

1. University degree or business school education.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with InDesign or Photoshop is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical skills with excellent writing and synthesis abilities.
2. Good interpersonal skills and oral communication.
3. Ability to work collaboratively on diverse projects.
4. Organized with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with social media and digital transformation innovations is beneficial.
