1. Assist in the planning of new collections and order placements in the showroom to ensure timely retail launches and wholesale client invoicing.
2. Monitor daily retail and wholesale orders throughout the showroom duration and liaise with production regarding ordered quantities.
3. Manage post-showroom activities such as code changes, order additions, and cancellations.
4. Coordinate order adjustments based on production minimums and ensure system accuracy.
5. Contribute to post-showroom production feedback for the entire collection.
6. Develop purchase forecasts for upcoming collections and communicate with Supply Chain teams.
7. Define collection planning considering development constraints and desired launch timelines.
8. Participate in IT tool improvement projects and optimize Excel files for collection tracking.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a successful internship in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in information systems.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Ability to work in an agile environment.
4. Strong organizational and autonomous work capabilities.
5. Positive and proactive mindset.

A prior internship or work experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering.
