1. Assist in the continuous updating of all collection materials.
2. Prepare for meetings with the Artistic Direction and manage show looks and their packing.
3. Follow up on all seasonal and commercial launches.
4. Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding collection development.
5. Share and closely follow up on information between the Jewelry & Eyewear studio and development teams in Italy.
6. Organize wear tests and manage jewelry normalization meetings with design, development, and production teams.
7. Manage all receptions, shipments, and deliveries of prototypes.
8. Assist in internal shoots and showroom preparation, ensuring workspaces are maintained.

1. Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
3. A first experience in the fashion industry is appreciated.

1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
3. Product-oriented mindset with a high level of organization.
4. Perseverance, curiosity, and a willingness to assist.

Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or fashion school.
