Balenciaga Indirect Procurement Intern

- Support the Global Indirect Procurement Manager in optimizing expenditures across various categories such as Store Planning, Retail, Events, HR, and Transport/Logistics.
- Identify and select new suppliers while managing and evaluating existing supplier relationships.
- Discover and implement opportunities for process and cost optimization.
- Liaise with internal clients to understand and gather their procurement needs.
- Develop and manage tenders, including drafting specifications, RFI, and RFQ.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers, focusing on pricing, purchase conditions, and service levels.
- Promote best practices and ensure compliance with group policies, particularly in Transport/Logistics.
- Establish contracts with the assistance of legal teams.
- Monitor procurement performance indicators and produce ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Regularly report on procurement activities and achievements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a specialization in Procurement (Master's preferred).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Previous significant experience in procurement is required.
- International experience is advantageous.
- Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent adaptability to complex environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
A significant and successful prior experience in procurement is required, with international exposure considered a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher with a specialization in Procurement (Master's preferred).
