Balenciaga Indirect Procurement Intern

- Identify and select new suppliers
- Evaluate and manage supplier relationships, continuously monitor the supplier base
- Identify new opportunities for optimization in processes and costs
- Establish connections with internal clients and gather their needs
- Develop and manage tenders (specifications, RFI, RFQ)
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, purchasing conditions, and service levels
- Promote best practices and adherence to group policies, especially in Transport/Logistics
- Establish contracts with the support of legal teams
- Monitor purchasing performance indicators
- Produce ad-hoc reports based on objectives
- Regularly report on completed actions
- Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities
- Adaptability to a complex environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Significant and successful prior experience in Procurement
- International experience is a plus
- Advanced degree (bac+5) with a specialization in Procurement
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools and PowerBI
- Bilingual in English
