1. Support the Global Indirect Procurement Manager in optimizing expenditures across various categories such as Store Planning, Retail, Events, HR, and Transport/Logistics.
2. Identify and select new suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
3. Continuously evaluate the supplier base and identify opportunities for process and cost optimization.
4. Liaise with internal clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
5. Develop and manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
6. Negotiate pricing, purchase terms, and service levels with suppliers.
7. Promote best practices and adherence to group policies, particularly in Transport/Logistics.
8. Establish contracts in collaboration with legal teams.
9. Monitor procurement performance indicators.
10. Produce ad-hoc reports to meet specific objectives.
11. Regularly report on procurement activities.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a specialization in Procurement or a related field.
2. Significant prior experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
3. International experience is advantageous.

1. Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic with strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to adapt to complex environments and manage priorities effectively.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
5. Fluency in English.

A significant and successful prior experience in procurement is required. International experience is considered a plus.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a specialization in Procurement.
