Balenciaga Indirect Procurement Intern

- Support the Global Indirect Procurement Manager in optimizing expenditures across various categories such as Store Planning, Retail, Events, HR, and Transport/Logistics.
- Identify and select new suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
- Continuously evaluate the supplier base and identify opportunities for process and cost optimization.
- Liaise with internal clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Develop and manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Negotiate pricing, purchase terms, and service levels with suppliers.
- Promote best practices and adherence to group policies, particularly in Transport/Logistics.
- Establish contracts in collaboration with legal teams.
- Monitor procurement performance indicators.
- Produce ad-hoc reports to meet specific objectives.
- Regularly report on procurement activities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a specialization in Procurement or a related field.
- Significant prior experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
- International experience is advantageous.
- Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to complex environments and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
- Fluency in English.
A significant and successful prior experience in procurement is required. International experience is considered a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a specialization in Procurement.
